  • The fourth industrial revolution which different markets are facing is highlighted by a series of technological advances, implicated in several aspects, which will affect the way to produce, work, and view the world, compared to the last “digital revolution. ” According to the world economic forum, there are three reasons to imply that it is not a development of the third industrial revolution, but a new transformation: speed, scope and impact in the systems of the global industry. This review article intends to show a deep focus on the causes, development, and consequences of “the fourth industrial revolution” in the emerging economies, by identifying the primary aspects that led the world to it and how this will impact the world markets, having as a partner the “internet of things”, making intelligent manufacturing plants, deleting working places, all as consequences of the complete automatization of productive plants.
