2666: Bolaño Político Thesis

short description

abstract

  • Despite the recurrence or insistent efforts of the academy to define a hypothesis about the existence of evil or its form of expression as a pretext par excellence of literary production in Bolaño, this work is rather an attempt to address a question which questions the possibility of the existence of evil from a specific experience: feminicide. Thus, the present text does not deal with the metaphysical definition of evil, as a distinctive feature that allows to delimit the thesis implicit in Bolaño's work, but rather is concerned with showing the conceptual transformations to which the aesthetic experience gives rise. For this, it takes as a fundamental reference 2666 (although at all times the whole of the literary production of Bolaño is alluded to).
