This project seeks to analyze and make known the importance and role that Industrial Property plays at a business level; especially when it comes to patents, and how the development and management of Industrial Property generates great economic benefits and stimulates knowledge creating added value to the industry, promoting a greater competitive advantage over other market participants together with the increase in value of intangible assets that explain into long-term benefits, fulfillment of the organization's objectives, its durability over time and the well-being of its employees.
