  • The objective of the degree work is to base the adaptive leadership concept exposed by the Harvard professor, Ronald Heifetz. The adaptive leadership is defined as a practice to mobilize a group of people to face hard situations and thrive. All this is a process, which consist on, mobilize people, regardless their type of authority (formal or informal) as the key is to assume attitudes exposed by the author, to achieve the mental structure of people.
