The aim of this monograph is to realize a conceptual review about the Dynamic Capabilities being an strategic tool inside the companies for the making decision process, taking into account their application in the Born Global and the feasibility of applying Dynamic Capabilities inside the Pymes (Small and Medium Companies Structures) in Colombia. The development of the aim will be through the review of their main knowledge schools, how they influenced in the companies structures, their development through the years and the relationship and influence of the Dynamic Capabilities and The Company Strategy. Also it will be observed a characterization of the Pymes and their relation between Dynamic Capabilities and The Born Globals. Finally some considerations are proposed making emphasis about the implementation of those Capabilities in the Colombian Structures (Pymes).
