La memoria como herramienta de reconciliación y construcción de paz comunitaria en los ejercicios y estrategias de fortalecimiento organizativo desarrollados en la Corporación Plataforma de Organizaciones Comunitarias del Cauca – POCC

This article presents an analysis of the consolidation process of the Cauca´s Platform of Community Organizations Corporation- POCC, which results from diverse organizational strengthening exercises and strategies that use memory as a tool for reconciliation and community peacebuilding. This process has materialized in various community economy processes that contribute to the rural development of the region, leading the POCC to position itself as a distinguished experience of intercultural reconciliation from an economic development perspective, not only in the Colombian Southwest region, but also in the country. As part of the consolidation and formalization process of the Cauca´s Platform of Community Organizations Corporation – POCC, organizational and operational strengthening spaces were held, deepening collaborative work among the leadership of each organization. Conversations were established around the construction of commitments and wills for the reconstruction of the social, economic, and cultural fabric towards the joint project. In these dialogue and learning spaces, a common element emerged that connected the diverse visions and experiences: memory was present not only as a methodological-pedagogical tool but also as an epistemological element within the actions, acts, and advocacy scenarios that the POCC was advancing and projecting.
