ABSTRACTThe gastronomic industry in Bogota has presented high growth rates in the last years, generating a society and a market that has become day by day more demanding and creating an excellent business opportunity. The following project aims to analyze a current business model in Chile given to the success and recognition that it has achieved through the years due to its value proposition, The Bali Hai restaurant. With the results acquired in this investigation we aim to create a similar business model for a restaurant under the name of Wayunkeras if viable. From the financial point of view, the economic evaluation of the project yielded positive results, confirming the viability of the business model and that if carried on it would be a success.
