Nuevo Horizonte Inmobiliario Ltda., is a family firm incorporated in Colombia, which is dedicated to providing real estate services. Methodological research being done to the organization and the sector in this paper allows us to establish the optimal conditions in which the company is, the input market and the current status of the property sector, where the findings from proposed solutions and determining a way forward for the company to become an PYME.
