  • The purpose of this review article is to highlight the importance it has for companies, to achieve a work environment that meets the general needs of the entire organization, which can prove to be an arduous task, mainly if what you want is simply not having facilities and services that guarantee the good performance of the workers, but also, that refer to different variables that in the long term will serve as support for the fulfillment of goals and objectives of organizations and guaranteeing the satisfaction of the employees. We refer then to two specific variables that, in one way or another, can directly affect the improvement of the aforementioned factors, as long as they exist at basic levels within the organizations and preferably they can match and harmonize with each other. The legislation contained in the registry of a university of the academic sources and of the forums that owned the characteristics of the company and the variables of development.
