SARS CoV-2 infection is of recent appearance with great impact worldwide, initially recognized for its severity, high rate of contagion and short-term mortality. The diagnosis in the pregnant population, as well as the prognosis and maternal and fetal outcomes have been the subject of discussion due to the physiological changes of pregnancy that can often mask the symptoms of the disease. Considering that the pregnant population is within the group of patients with increased risk, it is important to describe the maternal-fetal outcomes in patients with confirmed SARS CoV-2 infection at the Hospital Universitario Mayor Méderi during March 2020-2021.
