By applying inclusion and exclusion criteria 192 patients were obtained, of which 58% were male and 42% female, 43.2% belong to the age range of 11-15 years. Results: The ablation was successful in 185/192 patients (overall success rate 96.3%). At the first day 0% of patients were lost, with a success rate of 100% and zero recurrences. At the 30th day 8.3% were lost, the success rate was 90.6% and there were two recurrences. At the 90th day 30.2% were lost, the success rate was 95.4% and there were six recurrences. Finally at the 180th day 51.5% were lost, the success rate was 92.5% and there were seven recurrences.During the following up seven recurrences were found, these patients underwent a second procedure that were effective in seven out of seven patients (100%). There were no complications or deads. Conclusions: There were no significative differences between our findings and those reported in the literature; showing that cardiac ablation is a safety and effective procedure in our center.
