abstract

  • The present investigation had as its starting point the fact that we are in a an increasingly strong globalization scenario, which generates great dynamism in the law, with a recent global law1, in a country like Colombia with a very active international agenda, which has led to the consequent signing of several international instruments; and that, in turn, has led to a consolidation of supranational law2, the latter being the center of this work. From this context, the question posed to be resolved was: Under a framework of globalization and interrelation with the bodies of these supranational organizations, which issue supranational administrative acts, in Colombia, the sources of administrative law and the concept of administrative act have changed? ? Should they be updated? With this, the legal problem that is expected to be resolved in this investigation is whether the supranational administrative act prevails over internal law in Colombia, as a source of administrative law; or if, on the contrary, the internal administrative law and the concept of administrative act have been kept outside the influence of the act supranational administrative. From here, the hypothesis of the present investigation leads to the statement that the supranational administrative act has had such an impact that the sources of law Colombian administrative act and the concept of administrative act should be reassessed and nourished by this new dynamic of supranational administrative law.
