The objective of this document is to provide information regarding the level of implementation of labor practices and their impact on the development of the economic sector to which FEMSA Coca-Cola belongs, which has operations in Argentina and Colombia with a relevant participation in the sugar beverage sector in both countries. The data was collected in talks provided by the same companies and by academic documents. As a result of the research, it can be stated that the implementation of labor practices in the company generates a competitive advantage.
