  • The following is the work to graduate in Business Administration in Rosario University to apply for the title. It is a study of climate and culture organizacional in the organization Faber Castell applied to his subsidiary in Colombia Tecnacril Ltda. Company dedicated to the production and commercialization of articles for writing and art. The work seeks to determine the culture and the climate organizacional inside the organization determining the only characteristics it allows them to differ and trends to level of behavior and processes inside the organization and since it is reflected in the environment in which it develops. For this work we apply the instrument IMCOC developed by Carlos Eduardo Mendez Alvarez. The results helps us to determinate clue concepts, and behaviors inside the organizations that make its get a difference factor against other companies.
