  • The globalization made it possible for the connectivity in diverse parts of the word became efficient and effective, in this way, companies found a reason to expand their business, due to, the international demand for sundry products and services and in several cases, supplement with these needs in a comprehensive way on a global level. Global enterprises are recognized for their large diversification and penetration in new markets, their own growth model, sustainability, environmental responsibility and implementation of competitiveness and internationalization strategies. The present work has base objective to evaluate in a comparative way the strategies implemented by Pelikan, Bimbo and Holcim Cementera enterprises in México, in order to achieve their growth, sustainability, and environmental responsibility. Which is evidenced in the analysis of such companies, based on the investigation of some entrepreneurs and writers on internationalization, innovation, competitive strategies, and diversifications mainly. In this line, several results were observed among which the reason for the enterprises' expansion, which goes hand in hand with their objectives and philosophy; each company being unique and independent, therefore, have different strategies that adapt to their needs.
