This paper will answer the following question: What is the role of the Velvet Revolution in Czechoslovakia identity redefinition in terms of foreign policy? This research will argue that constructivism as the identity of the States and their interests are not given, less they are explained by their capabilities. This explains the behavior of states is how socially constructed identity.
