Journalistic report that aims to explore the way in which the media, such as El Tiempo and El Espectador, construct news about physical violence against women and femicide in Colombia. Four interviews were conducted with journalists currently working in these media, relating their opinions to the news published a few months ago. In addition, the manual Women, Violence and the Media (2007) of Spain, and the reports Guidelines for the Adequate Information Treatment of Violence against Women in the Social Media (2011) of Peru, and the Guide for the Responsible Media Treatment of Cases of Violence Against Women (2016) from Argentina, with the coverage that two of the Bogota written media are tentatively carrying out.
