Análisis crítico de la insolvencia en MiPymes colombianas postpandemia: resiliencia financiera, transformación estructural y retos del marco normativo

El presente artículo de investigación analiza de manera crítica el proceso de insolvencia en las MiPymes Colombianas posterior a la crisis sanitaria generada por el COVID 19, enfocándose en su resiliencia económica y financiera, cambios estructurales y análisis de datos. Adicionalmente, analiza e identifica que la alta informalidad, las dificultades de acceso a financiamiento de fuentes externas y las debilidades que presentan los administradores en gestión financiera, aumentan la vulnerabilidad del sector. A su vez, el artículo evalúa las medidas regulatorias que se implementaron durante la crisis sanitaria y como afectaron de manera negativa el crecimiento de las MiPymes. Por otro lado, incluye propuestas innovadoras como reformas a la estructura legislativa, educación financiera y distintos alternativos de financiación.
This research paper critically analyses the insolvency process in Colombian MSMEs after the health crisis generated by COVID 19, focusing on their economic and financial resilience, structural changes, and data analysis. In addition, it analyses and identifies that the high level of informality, the difficulties in accessing financing from external sources and the weaknesses of managers in financial management increase the vulnerability of the sector. The article also evaluates the regulatory measures that were implemented during the health crisis and how they negatively affected the growth of MSMEs. On the other hand, it includes innovative proposals such as reforms to the legislative structure, financial education, and different financing alternatives.
