Exhibition of the three main conceptual perspectives generated around ethical leadership, starting with the discussion about the definition of leadership, followed by the exhibition of the main findings generated through the questionnaires designed by each one of the postulants of the theories exposed in the present document, which focused on validating traits and ethical behavior characteristic of leaders. These empirical investigations would form the basis of later studies related to ethical leadership and the openness to new fields of exploration.
