The current project looks for an explanation, using an specific methodology based in management’s contributions, the national and multinational’s low longevity, starting from the management’s mistakes which leads them to bankrupt or to the noncompliance of organizational goals from analyzing the manager’s/ director’s behaviors in different situations. There are approximately 1’069.079 companies in Colombia classified as follow, 1’069.015 micro-businesses, 62.274 small businesses, 10.098 mid-businesses y 1.683 large-businesses.
