El impacto de la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos en el juzgamiento de delitos transnacionales con participación estatal : el caso de Argentina frente a la Operación Cóndor

This case study analyses the influence that the Inter-American Court of Human Rights -one of the most important organs of the international Human Rights regime at the regional level- has had on the voluntary judgement by Argentina within the domestic sphere of the people responsible for crimes against humanity committed and coordinated by the Argentine State and other South American States during Operation Condor. It studies how even without the regional court having made decisions against Argentina, the national courts of this State have enacted judgments based on Inter-American jurisprudence, meaning, the Inter-American Court's interpretation and application of the norms established by the Pact of San José, Costa Rica.
