In the following article arise a descriptive investigation where we intend to investigate the organizational structure in Procafecol Colombia; of one of the most recent areas of the company, it is the area of Sustainability. The main idea of this research is to have more knowledge about the area, understanding the reason for its creation less than a year ago, the division and coordination that exists, how this relates to the rest of the company doing to achieve compliance with the objectives and strategies of the organization. Due to the lack of knowledge about the organizational structure of the new area of Social Responsibility or Sustainability, there is a descriptive research, enabling you to understand how it is divided and coordinates the work in these units, and how they relate to the rest of the Organization and what is the vision and mission of this in order to be a successful and vital area within the organization.
