This thesis is an interdisciplinary work, from sociology and law, which reviews the guarantee of the rights to individual reparation and cultural identity of indigenous peoples located in Bogotá as a consequence of forced displacement. For this, it characterizes the social fact of the forced displacement of indigenous peoples, as well as the dynamics of integration in Bogotá. It investigates by the process of nomination of the indigenous legal subject victim of forced displacement presenting the normative and jurisprudential system that composes it; analyzes the relationship between said subject and the state response in Colombia through public policies. Finally, it presents possible alternatives for normative interpretation to strengthen the guarantee of rights.
