abstract

  • The transformation of health services in Colombia since the early nineties with the issuance of Law 100 and its subsequent development has been accompanied by various legal devices that have enabled the development and construction of the right to health . However , what has been the role of these legal mechanisms? From the analysis of the various amendments to the Law 100 of 1993, the health issue , and the complex dynamics around health system is argued that the legal forms have become useful ways to capitalist accumulation in health, and articulate accumulation by dispossession in the post-neoliberal currently taking place in Colombia.
