  • Nowadays there isn’t a clear idea of who to follow because people do not have a clear focus. That is why we need the chapters that earn our hearts and our motivation to meet the proposed goals. We need authentic and trustworthy leaders, so that we generate an extra motivation to innovate, grow and fulfill. This is why we will focus on 3 types of leadership. The first is Authentic Leadership (AL), which seeks to identify with teamwork and the climate of innovation at work. The second one is the Transformational Leadership (TFL) and its impact in various spheres of work behavior and Authentic Leadership (ALQ), as a tool to obtain achievable outcomes in relation to relationships. It is vital that leadership allows employee comfort and autonomy in making innovative behavioral decisions for the client, to be all the employees able to make a memorable contribution to success. On the other hand, the company should be emphasized that the organizational climate directly influences the process and the development of the functions of the organizations, which, in my opinion, is based on the fact that the effectiveness of the leader is due to his ability to make the organizations achieve the goals and thus influence the ability of others who have a position to meet the goals. So we can ensure that the behavior of the leader manages the climate of the organization, since this generates motivation, and this is going to achieve a higher performance of the people you are in charge of. For these reason, the transformational leadership and the satisfaction with the leader generate an extra motivation to work, which generates in the people greater expectations. Throughout the article we will see the definition of leadership and how it inferred that leaders are elected and that is a social practice, because it is performed in an interaction in which the followers exist.
