The purpose of this degree work is to describe the organizational characteristics of Panama Pacifico (a mixed conglomerate located at Republic of Panama), from the theory of the stakeholders proposed by professor Richard Edward Freeman. In order to develop the descriptive process, first is carry out a diagnostic of the subject matter and there is an analysis of the collected information afterwards from the theory of stakeholders point of view using a qualitative methodology.
