This research was carried out with the objective of formulating the business opportunity for organic production for the Company Banafruts for strengthen the participation of the Colombian industry in international markets. The profile of the consumer of organic products and the main organic food consumption markets was studied to finally propose adoption strategies for the organic production model and recommendations of the current production model that the company operate to be able to participate in this market segment. Finally, recommendations and conclusions will be formulated for the approach of this business opportunity.
