First of all, this paper seeks to contextualize the commonplace people about the concessions by explaining what a concession is and how is related with the economy. Additionally it will be explain what is salt, which are its derivatives and its uses.In a second instance, and more concretely, we will explain about what these concessions of salt of Nemocón and Zipaquirá consist, by showing how the money resources generated by these concessions have been used and determining the degree of influence that these resources have had on the projects that is expected to generate highest benefit to the community.Finally, we projected the revenue stream that the government expects to receive in compensations generated from the salt concessions until 2038 and in this manner provide, in present value, the amount of money which the government could get into debt by taking as guarantee the revenues generated by the concessions of the mining areas of salt of Nemocón and Zipaquirá
