Logistics supply chains have become a fundamental part of all large companies to expand vertiginously in different latitudes. Addressing all stages of the logistics chain, such as distribution, sustainability, production and manufacturing, this paper seeks to analyze and unravel the strategies of Bimbo and Yakult companies that became multinational organizations and world leaders in their products, we want to show those business strategies that made these companies grow in this way and how they can be applied in different companies if done in the right way.
