  • The relevance generated by technological management in the business environment is evident. So are the effects that these changes have created in the way business is done, of leading and managing people; particularly in the automotive sector, a significant industry in the modern era, because of its importance in the socio-economic effect it causes. For this reason, it is of great interest to know and identify in the sector the relevance that technology implementation has taken, emphasizing the importance of these as their own element in the search for competitiveness. The purpose of this article is to present a theoretical review of the most relevant aspects that contribute to business leadership in the automotive sector, with the purpose of highlighting the advantage that the implementation of information technologies has taken, in the production processes and finally the digital transformation that is carried out so that companies offer a more effective value offer to their consumers.
