Study of prefactibilidad to determine if financial profitability generates over the rate of opportunity of the company the assembly and operation of 40 Points Vive Digital in the city of Bogota. Having in it counts studies of support as: Environment, Market, Technician, Administrative officer, Legal, Financial, Economic.To carry out the above mentioned aim, the company will have to evaluate the possibility of appearing to the summons that leads the Department of Technologies of Information and the Communications (TIC), in the frame of the Plan Vive Digital across the Program Compartel that promotes the creation of 320 Points Vive Digital for the year 2012.For this reason, the company contracted a project manager to structure the project and to serve as support of a process for the capture of decisions in the royal scene to take part in the summons of the project of Points Vive Digital of Department of Technology of Information and Communication (TIC).After finishing the above mentioned investigation, it turned out to be advisable for the company, to take part in the Program Plan Vive Digital, particularly in the project of points Vive Digital, after stating that it generates wealth to the company, contributes in his strategic Plan 2012-2014, specially in his portafolio of services extends TIC of a profitable way and finally, if possesses the experience of excecuting this type of projects due to the great path in the assembly and operation of points of massive access to internet in the city.
