Global technology is advancing very fast, and one of the branches that is gaining more strength is the Internet of Things (IoT). The application of this type of technology in the clinical and hospital area is a great opportunity. One of the main focuses of care in a hospital institution that provides the surgery service must be the environmental conditions, for this reason the objective of this project is to implement a system through IoT that is functional and optimizes the processes and regulations that are carried out Currently in a fourth level clinic of complexity, to control the temperature, relative humidity and air pressure inside their operating rooms. The devices were installed inside the operating rooms and a graphical interface was implemented that allows information to be viewed and consulted in real time. The behavior of 3 operating rooms was analyzed and the impact generated by the implementation of the system within the institution was evaluated, obtaining a favorable response.
