By virtue of the deciphering of the human genome, controversies have arisen in various fields, such as ethical, legal, religious, among others, the reason why this situation has arisen is because the discovery of the genetic map touches very deep fibers of society and create a need for reflection regarding these structures. It is clear that if a discovery of such magnitude is presented, through which multiple consequences begin to be evidenced that despite the fact that the most obvious consequences of the discovery have not been deployed, the first option has already been chosen. This has been done worldwide as corrective measures have been sought for situations that have arisen or may arise in the future regarding the implications of the human genome. The legal fields that have been most touched by researchers from institutes such as the E.L.S.I. (Ethical, Legal and Social Implications Of Human Genome Research. E.U.), Human Genetic Advisory Commission (United Kingdom), Austalian Research Council, among others, are labor, criminal, civil and insurer.
