In this article, we propose to present the results of the analysis of the different arbitration awards issued by the Arbitration and Conciliation Center of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce over the last 10 years. The analysis aims to reflect on the treatment of arbitral tribunals about the Joint Venture contract, highlighting the specific characteristics and conditions of this contractual figure. The Joint Venture has proven beneficial within legal relationships, providing greater flexibility and adaptability, making it a valuable tool for Colombian companies. However, its execution may lead to differences and controversies. Therefore, an investigation of arbitral awards offers readers insight into the interpretation, effectiveness, and legal treatment of this contract.
