  • The following research work analyses the influence of the Central American Coalition for the Prevention of Youth Violence (CCPVJ) in the promotion and formulation of policies and programs to prevent gang violence in El Salvador between 2005 and 2016. This research was carried out through a case study with a decision-making approach and its method is mainly qualitative. The research process was completed by fieldwork in the Central American country, which included semi-structured interviews and participant observation. A documentary review was also included.
