Despite the advance in surgical technologies and techniques, post-liver transplant morbidity and mortality remain high and biliary complications are the most frequent cause with an overall incidence between 15% and 25% and associated mortality of 10%. The objective of the present study is to describe the management of biliary complications and endoscopic results in post-liver transplant patients who were treated by cholangioscopy in a leading liver transplant center in Colombia in the years 2020 to 2022.
