This report describes the activities carried out and the experiences obtained during the internship in the Bioethics service at the Mayor University Hospital - Méderi, including resolution of clinical cases, participation in review of topics, development of protocols and institutional end-of-life course. It analyzes how the principles of bioethics and biolaw are applied in clinical practice. Approaches and concepts are presented to improve the integration of these principles in healthcare. A typical case is developed which emphasizes end-of-life aspects that involve the dimensions of dying with dignity.
