Design of a sustainable strategic plan for Human Management for the Universidad del Rosario Designing a strategic human capital plan is crucial to align organizational goals with employee development and well-being. This not only optimizes individual performance but also strengthens corporate culture and talent retention-fundamental elements for the long-term success of any organization. The development of a strategic human management plan, based on sustainability pillars, becomes even more significant in organizations that ensure the optimal development of institutional mission, employee positioning, and continuity, especially in a university setting. The objective of this work is to design a strategic human capital plan for the University of Rosario, aiming to connect people management with the institution's overall strategy. Various tools were employed in the development process, including PESTEL, VUCA, OCAI, Internal Diagnostic, Focus Groups, and SWOT analysis. For the design phase, the methodology involved strategic statements, objectives and indicators, strategic focus areas, and a matrix for identifying and prioritizing strategic initiatives. As a result, a strategic human capital plan was crafted for the university, enabling individuals to see the university as a place where they aspire to work, grow, and align with their life projects, contributing to the sustainability of the institution and its stakeholders.
