abstract

  • CRETA: Create, Transform, and Learn. Collaborative Work Platform Teaching represents a general interest for constructing a nucleus of a whole organization in: expectations of stimulations collective structures that articulate as knowledge, experiences and bases of coexistence founded in solidarity and dignity. Traditional pedagogy is a promoter of individualism, competitiveness and rivalry between students and it was not been historically accepted amongst great pedagogical leaders, such as: Plato, Piaget, Montessori, even Pablo Freire, Luz Adriana Cadavis and Natalia Priego. The pedagogical constructivism and the diagonal interstructural focus, guide the collaborative learning methodology, the “learning”49 construct a collective knowledge”. Which means that it’s our correspondence, that as teachers, to construct learning communities, and for that we need the training, “the knowledge of teaching”, facilitate rational abilities such as: hearing, interacting, knowing the challenges and difficulties of the process; learning to correct the path. Just like the authors used used in this text as support, observation, joint analysis and fluency in the changes, we warn the findings of an insufficient wastage in the use of this methodology. With the principal reason of a weak training in the teacher’s strategies, abilities and challenges of it. Our proposal named CRETA (creating, transforming and learning), link three actions in the awareness of making part of learning communities in the classroom. This transforms when it organizes itself in working circles, that don’t have hierarchies and generators of cohesion and positive interaction, participation and critical spirit. We as teachers, need the experimental support through peers, sharing experiences and creating spaces of expression of vulnerabilities that are usually hidden. CRETA picks our desire to contribute, laying in technology, strengthening of collaborative knowledge and the challenge of permanent construction of solidarity, respect to differences and search of consensual solutions, values required for a sustainable and pacific coexistence our projection for the future, lies in consolidating and maintaining this proposual, which is beneficial for the student.
