  • The First Command of the Capital (PCC), the largest criminal organization in Brazil and certainly in the Southern Cone, has begun a process of transnationalization to different countries of the continent. The research analyzes the process of transnationalization of the PCC in Paraguay developing the process of creation, structuring and expansion of the organization inside and outside of Brazil, which together with the geographical and structural advantages that Paraguay has for PCC businesses have determined the transnationalization to this territory. Thus decanting on the impact that the organization has in political, social and even territorial terms, where as a result there is a significant growth in crime in the country.
