In this article, a careful legal study was made on the application of the gender approach in Colombian jurisprudence. Focused on the management of judicial processes in criminal law. The dogmatic method will be used as a legal investigation mechanism. It seeks to determine if there is an application of the gender approach in the selected court rulings, taking into account three rulings that apply the gender approach and other three that abstain from doing so. It is concluded that there are still judges who do not apply the gender approach in their decisions. And finally, conclusions will be raised, regarding what could be analyzed, in the face of the lack of gender approach in the court rulings.
