This project, conducted using agile methodologies such as Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and Scrum, focuses on identifying and showcasing the research capabilities of the Faculty of Economics at the Universidad del Rosario, based on research results from 2018 to 2023. Its purpose is to optimize the process of presenting experiences in external funding calls, facilitate quick and easy access to information on research results, and support strategic decision-making. Databases of publications and research projects were used, complemented with AI tools for data extraction and analysis. The proposed solution includes strategic information management, digital transformation through the creation of a Power BI visualization dashboard, user experience and a change management plan focused on people, technology, and processes.
