Although it is true that in Colombia throughout history a series of social and public order problems have been presented in different areas of the country, today it has become much more evident that these micro-trafficking problems are spreading to public spaces, it is thus that these situations have affected the entire population in a general way, which is why, according to the targeting carried out through the different surveillance plans executed by the National Police, through the National Model of Community Surveillance by Quadrants, it has been possible to establish some sectors which have been classified as the most vulnerable areas or sources of affectation, either due to geographical location, or due to factors such as lack of parental attention, in relation to responsibilities. with children and adolescents, as well as the lack of guarantees from the State, regarding social projects, education plans, health plans among others, which contribute to the vital minimums, which must be guaranteed to all inhabitants, in all areas. sectors of the country.
