abstract

  • Harmonization between family, work and personal life has acquired significant relevance from a social and labor perspective, because it not only contributes to the development of individual rights, but also promotes a standard of living that contributes to the social development of the country. This chapter develops some labor practices that companies can implement by virtue of their role in society through affirmative actions of family co-responsibility between genders. The legal parameters are only minimum postulates, but their progressiveness depends on the commitment that we as a society have to the constant improvement of the standards of living and the dignity of all workers.
