Teamwork is a highly useful skill for achieving good performance in various professions, but deficiencies in developing this skill are evident in education environments, either because students have weak teamwork abilities or because they have access to few spaces that encourage collaborative work. Is from these reflections that ColaboraPlay Lab appears, a didactic tool that aims to create spaces that enhance teamwork. Using the Design Thinking methodology, we created a strategy looking forward to enhance this skill, aiming for students to be exposed to challenging scenarios throughout the academic semester, where they must understand, enhance, and put into practice their abilities to achieve group goals. For this project, a prototype of the didactic tool was created through multiple iterations with a focus group of 20 students from the elective course ‘del ping pong al tenis de mesa' at Universidad del Rosario.
