The biomedical engineering department is in charge of the hospital management of the equipment, among its functions is the task of keeping up to date the documentation of the equipment and instruments belonging to the health provider institution, which includes resumes, damage reports and both preventive and corrective maintenance protocols; Currently in the Specialized Maternal and Child Center of Villavicencio (CEMI), these documents are generated and stored physically, thus being the subject of multiple typing errors and possible loss of documentation. In the context of this project, the institution wishes to implement a digital consultation tool to access information easily and effectively, improving response time and optimizing resources, through the digitization of the necessary documentation. for each team, making information easy and accessible to all hospital personnel, engineer in charge or certified person.
