abstract

  • This research understands gender's role in memory preservation in Colombia's post-conflict. It aims to make sense of the way gender, sexuality, and diversity topics have been addressed through the armed conflict termination process in order to debate the pre-established narratives by questioning the Colombian identity canon inherited from colonization and gender-based structural violence in Colombia, like difference suppression, prejudices, and invisible violence.
