abstract

  • Business activity in Colombia has been characterized by an alleged lack of planning in achieving sustainable business structures. Only 4 out of 10 companies created are still active after five years. Of the total number of companies that are canceled each year, about 98% they are small-sized companies. According to Confecamaras, most of the variables that turn out to be significant for the growth of the companies are endogenous (Confecámaras 2017), that is, they are variables susceptible to control and modification by the entrepreneurs. These variables could be improved from a legal and financial structuring perspective. The future partners agreement proposes a methodological structure for the preliminary and continuous evaluation of the business model, as a contract it finds its usefulness as a business planning tool
