abstract

  • The importance of providing training comes from the need that companies have for workers to acquire knowledge, tools, skills and attitudes that help them perform well in their work, seeking to improve quality, productivity, stability, permanence and also to generate a good work environment. The biomedical technology training process is framed within the most important aspects to consider, since these provide support to avoid incidents, adverse events and in the same way, prevent errors and detect anomalies that affect the patient during their process. dialysis. Fresenius Medical Care Colombia has a technical service training team made up of two engineers in charge of training at the local and regional level all the technical personnel of the renal and plant units, however, in order to improve the learning of the workers and generate long-term knowledge in a simple, didactic and effective way, the need arises to design a digital tool for simulating hydraulic processes of Fresenius Medical Care hemodialysis machines, with the purpose that the technical staff deepen their knowledge in this area, and the technical-team interaction is created without the need to resort to the teams, in order to generate greater confidence and optimize execution times when carrying out maintenance. The simulations of the hydraulic processes of the machines were carried out in the LabVIEW program and the total execution time of the project was 16 weeks, the development of the project was carried out following the spiral model oriented to the development of 4 increasing phases, where Each of these phases allowed structuring the tasks by measuring the complexity of each of these.
