The company Avantage Health System SAS offers the product Avantage Pacs (Picture Archiving and Communication system) to hospitals for the storage of medical images through an information system that allows access to medical images with the DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communication in) format Medicine) for further consultation and interpretation by medical staff. This project seeks to reduce errors in customer requests to technical support to reduce the time spent on customer service, ensure a rapid response to the customer and by analyzing the data collected in the applications, what factors cause errors will be established. in the use of the PACS platform by customers to create tools and strategies to reduce them. With this objective in mind, we will seek to develop and implement three web pages, two pages that will allow clients to access two forms depending on the client that will make the request and a web page through which technical support will be able to see the requests made. The pages will be stored on the same servers on the official website of the company and will not depend on third-party applications that have limitations on the number of forms that can be filled out per day, on the user's ability to know the information you fill in the form, in the limitations to create options in the requests with limitations or messages that help guide the user to avoid errors on the part of them. The pages will develop the HTML markup language (HyperText Markup Language) being this a language designed for the development of web pages and CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) to modify the presentation and graphic environment of the form designed for the page. To use these languages, the Materialize framework was used based on the Material Design display style developed by the Google company, due to its easy use and ability to create user-friendly pages for users
